Booth in the Old Town Antique Mall

We had a  space in Old Town Antiques for about a year some time ago but decided that with the level of business we did online and Fremont in those days didn't leave enough time to manage the booth.

Online sales are a fraction of the old days (dozen items in eBay and Etsy instead of seventy-five or a hundred)  and while Fremont is still a major push each week, we are setting up half the space there we used to and are working toward retiring from that market completely. I do the heavy work there and at age sixty-eight one needs to start planning for the day when a guy can no longer pull a sixteen hour day.

Wrote about going out of the junk business a few months ago, still trying to work that into the schedule.  In the mean time, Mary Jane is transitioning some of her sales income from Fremont Market to the mall.  I for one will be glad to see the last of that nasty parking garage we euphemistically call the Hypermarket in Fremont

Don't know if I should I feel good that I can still do the sixteen hour days, or bad for having come down to this stage in life without a better alternative?
